Birmingham signalling issues fixed
Train services around the West Midlands are running on time, following signalling problems over the past two days.
Yesterday London Midland reported some local services had been suspended and others were facing delays. Replacement buses were running Longbridge and Redditch and Four Oaks and Lichfield Trent Valley.
Network Rail engineers have now fixed the problems and trains are running as normal.
The signalling problem blocked train access to over 50% of New Street Station, London Midland announced, and had asked passengers to use Snow Hill lines instead.
